• Lubrication of all Bearings
• Check & Fill Oil Levels in Gearcase
• Inspection & Lubrication of Gas Pipe Train
• Power & Control Panel Inspection that includes Tightening All Wire Connections
• Check CV Valve for proper operation
• Check Modulating Motor
• Physical inspection of entire Tower Dryer that includes an Electronic Report with issues and recommendations on what needs to be done.

Level 2 Preseason Service Package

• All Level 1 Service
• Start Up of Unload System
• Start Up of Blowers
• Start Up of Burner
• Inspection of Belts

Level 3 Preseason Service Package

• All Level 1 and 2 Service
• Motor Inspection
• Burner Component Inspection
• Drilling of Burners
• Inspect Temperature Sensors, Moisture Sensors, Overheats
• Tighten/Replace Loose Bolts Accessible from Catwalks
