On the evening of May 9, 2013 at the Award Ceremony for Prairie Central High School the first annual Jeff Kafer Memorial Scholarship was handed out. The winner was Logan Honegger. Logan has been very involved in FFA, 4H, National Dairy Products Judging and will be attending Joliet Junior College to focus on Ag Education.
