September 4, 2014— MAROA, IL : Koehl Bros., a leading grain system dealer for over six decades, is growing again. As operations appreciate in the new Assumption location, Koehl proceeds with their growth strategy by adding key team members. Andy Lay, Misti Klay, Amanda Riley and Zach Wicklund have joined the team.

Andy, a grain industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, offers heavy manufacturing experience with a Master of Science in Technology. Misti has years of customer service experience and a broad knowledge of customer needs. Amanda, a life-long farmer, adds to Koehl’s accounting team. Zach has operational experience from global supplier, ADM, and specializes in preventative maintenance and inventory management.

With harvest just around the corner, these additions to Koehl’s team are fundamental. Entering the busy season with the most advantageous team will refine key processes and capitalize on the most precious resource, time.

“In order to increase our service offering to our customers, we sought team members that have experience and capability. Andy’s work history, extensive education and training capitalize on the technical aspect that our industry has embraced. Koehl’s new equipment additions in Maroa coupled with Andy’s leadership will increase our fabrication abilities exponentially,” says General Manager Jeff Fjelstul. “As our organization continues to grow, we needed an intrinsically detailed person to keep inventory levels at optimal performance. This skill set will naturally spill over into equipment management. We look to Zach and his experience to keep our operation locked and loaded. Misti and Amanda will operate out of our Maroa location, further defining our customer experience.”
